Solana – Day 5

Day five is looking good. Water has cleared. Ammonia levels are about zero. Registering low levels of nitrites and nitrates. pH is a bit low… hanging around 7.7, but rising a little each day.

Day 172: We Have Chiton Sign!

Day 47: Fish, and more hitchhikers

I finally brought home a nice little six-line wrasse from the local fish store that I’ve had my eye on since May. Joining him in the new tank are a yellow tail damsel, and a maroon clownfish I’ve had for nearly three years in the old 55 gallon. I introduced all three just over a week ago, and water chemistry is still ideal. Everyone appears to be adjusting just fine.
